  • The flatrate includes various production and strategy services. A customized contract defining the included services will be created based on your needs.

  • You can grow together with 0049 by increasing the number of 0049 plans when you require more performance or output, thereby multiplying your output.

  • No, our plans have a minimum duration of 1 month, automatically extending for an additional month. Cancellation is possible at any time in your customer account. Doesn’t matter if short-haul or long-haul flights.

  • Unlimited means you can submit any strategy, pre-, pro- or postproduction services within the 0049 PLANS without additional costs, provided that your wishes can be realized within the booked flatrate & defined contract. Precise contract, project descriptions & expectations are discussed and jointly established in advance. To facilitate this, we offer a free video call and briefing. Contact us!

  • The duration of a project at 0049 depends on the specific requirements. On average, 0049 delivers content asap within a few days after submission or if possible directly on set. Kindly be aware that our services are organized according to the booked order. We collaborate with you to establish a personalized schedule before each service, aiming for a swift execution within the reserved time slots, based on the subscription's scope.

  • If the monthly fixed contigent of the booked plan has been used up, additional service can be booked at any time. There is always the option to upgrade to a higher plan or extra services. Let us know what we can do for you!

  • Yes, you have the option to schedule a personal appointment with any crewmember via video call to discuss your project. Book your call here.

  • Your billing date depends on which day you subscribed to our service. Check it out on your account page.

  • You can easily cancel your plan any time online on your account page. Your Plan stays until your next billing date. Our terms and conditions apply.

  • Any third-party-, travel,- equipment-, rental-, print-, stock-, media- or licensing costs incurred, will be discussed in advance and invoiced based on effort at the end of the month. All services offered are billed monthly according to the booked plan. Our terms and conditions apply.

  • The displayed prices exclude tax unless explicitly stated otherwise. You can determine the precise net and gross prices by adding items to the cart. Rest assured, you will receive an accurate invoice with the specified tax for each order, based on your selected subscription payment.   • To prevent incurring unnecessary monthly expenses on unused equipment, we've opted to offer them as add-ons or monthly rental spend. This way, you only pay when we provide specific services for you. For instance, if you solely require post-production or publishing services, there's no need for a RENTAL ADD-ON. We aim to maximize flexibility. We're open to find which equipment or rental package suits your needs best in a short call. It's not always about opting for the largest plane avilable. ;) Contact us.

  • No its not necessary in case you don’t need further adjustments. 0049 Customers can secure backups for 1-5 years if they want to make sure we have all footage after delivery.

    The data backup plan covers project files exclusively. Each project requires either a backup plan or a one-time payment for X years. Hosting of project and raw data is provided solely by 0049. Our data backup services include raw files, project documents and final deliveries, enabling their use beyond the project's duration. Customers can secure backups for 1-5 years upon placing orders. Without a backup plan, project files are deleted within 12 months post-completion, though inquiries for post-order backup plans are welcome. We recommend an annual backup subscription for automatic renewal. While final delivery files are provided without a backup plan, opting for one ensures future data availability. Without a backup plan, original data, all project files, and RAW files are deleted after 12 months. The release of open raw data requires prior agreement and payment for rights transfer. Individual guidance is available upon request.This ensures that no expensive excess baggage is charged, which is not necessary if no backup after production is needed to save costs. Our GTCs apply.

  • Of course! We continue to offer custom productions and have just restructured our space station to enable even better, faster & easier travel with 0049. You are welcome to put together a shopping cart for us and we will check whether everything you need is on board. Just send us your shopping cart link.
